Gas and Domestic Services (Internal or External)
We have the in-house capabilities to design all our Gas and Domestic systems to the latest CIBSE guides, Building Regulations and to the relevant HM Government Approved Documents.
We have experience in designing and installing all different types of domestic pipework and drainage services as listed below: -
- Full plantroom fitouts
- Hot water generation (Gas fired, Plate heat exchangers, Point of use water heaters)
- Cold water distribution (Mains feed, Tank stored, Boosted cold water, External mains distribution)
- Gas services (Internal and External)
- Supply and installation of sanitaryware
- Above ground drainage systems
We can also accommodate for all specifications of supply and installation of Drainage and Pipework materials from UPVC solvent welded, Soldered Copper, Screwed Malleable Iron, Crimped Stainless Steel.
Commissioning of Gas and Domestic Services
We also look after the commissioning side of all our installations, therefore once the installation is complete we then ensure all the necessary plant items (boilers, water heaters, pumps, booster sets, pressurisation units etc.) have been commissioned to the manufacturers recommendations, as well as the water side of commissioning (Flushing, Dosing, Chlorination etc.). Therefore, when we hand the Domestic Services installation over to the client it is always functional and fit for operations.
