Over the years there appears to be a growing trend for invitations to tender for both the M&E works as a joint venture, which we believe some clients find beneficial to minimise commercial risk and alleviate the grey areas that some often encounter when separating the mechanical and electrical packages individually.

Here at Fisher BSE we can take the M&E package one step further, as our sister company Fisher Security can also provide the complete building services package which includes Smart Automation, Intruder Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, temporary site security and Fire Alarms.
